Missouri Supreme Court gives new life to proposed wind energy power line

A proposal for the Grain Belt Express, a high-voltage power line carrying wind energy across the Midwest, cleared a major obstacle Tuesday when the Missouri Supreme Court said that state regulators wrongly rejected it.
