TechnipFMC sues McDermott over allegedly stolen trade secrets

The lawsuit alleges that Samik Mukherjee “downloaded thousands of sensitive TechnipFMC files from his laptop to external storage devices totaling over 3 gigabytes of data” on May 1, the day before he resigned from TechnipFMC to join McDermott.
