Times Union Center manager suing NYC promoter over collapse of James Taylor, John Legend concert

The management company for the Times Union Center in Albany is suing a New York City-based entertainment promoter for nearly half a million dollars, related to an abruptly-canceled gala concert that would have featured singers John Legend and James Taylor.
