Only around half of Gen Z and Millennial workers think quitting in person is best

According to a recent Adobe survey, the younger you are, the less likely you are to think quitting needs to happen face to face. The survey of white-collar workers finds that only 49 percent of those 34 and younger thought quitting in person was best. Generation Z and Millennial workers, those ages 18 to 34, were most likely to think they could resign over email, instant messaging service or even Slack.
