JetBlue plans no-frills fares, vows not to make passengers 'feel like second-class citizens'

JetBlue is planning to unveil a no-frills fare class in 2019, an effort to compete with big airlines that have low fares that don't include things like a free advanced seat assignment or the ability to make changes to tickets.
