UN climate change panel says 'unprecedented' action needed to prevent temperature rise

The UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says preventing global temperatures from rising by 1.5 degrees Celsius will require a "rapid and far-reaching" energy, transportation and industry transition.
