Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - RESAAS Services Inc., a cloud-based technology platform for the real estate industry, announces that Rob Bakshi and Ken Cawkell have voluntarily resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Subsequent to the successful $2,000,000 financing announced on September 24th, the Company is restructuring its executive team and Board to be able to address new and exciting opportunities.
