FC Cincinnati deal to invest in West End advances with Port, neighborhood pact

The Greater Cincinnati Redevelopment Authority, known as the Port, can proceed with redeveloping properties in the West End now that it has reached a deal with a West End neighborhood housing group to team up on projects.
