Mann spars with fellow Democrats over Mount Auburn hotel

A majority of Cincinnati City Council members want the city administration to award certain incentives to developer Kingsley & Co. to develop a hotel in Mount Auburn, saying that the company has pledged to build a “catalytic” project that will pay its workers at least $15 per hour.
