Hawaii Supreme Court invalidates constitutional amendment ballot question on property tax

The high court ruled one day after hearing oral arguments from attorneys representing the City and County of Honolulu and Maui, Kauai and Hawaii counties and the state of Hawaii on an extraordinary writ seeking pre-election relief filed by the counties.
