New lawsuit accuses Trump and his 3 children of conning 'thousands' of Americans in marketing ploy

The suit, which is seeking class-action status, says that from 2005 to 2015, Trump, his children and their company "received millions of dollars in secret payments" from a videophone company in exchange for promoting the firm to potential investors without disclosing the endorsement was paid for. The Trump Organization immediately claimed the suit is politically motivated.
