StreamWeaver is the "easy button" to stream event, metric, log, and topology information from application, network, storage, database, cloud and other siloed IT operations domains into AIOps, advanced IT analytics, decision support, and visualization tools in a simple, scalable, resilient, and easy-to-configure way.
CA Operational Intelligence, part of CA's AIOps platform, is a solution that helps users make smarter, faster decisions through cross-domain contextual intelligence by ingesting and analyzing a diverse data set including metric, event, topology, text and log data. The machine learning–driven analytics, along with out-of-the-box visualization and correlation, help CA's customers to increase system availability and drive down the cost, complexity, and time required to restore availability when outages occur.
By using StreamWeaver to ingest third party operations data, customers can maximize the value of their CA Operational Intelligence investment. With complete access to multi-domain, full-stack operations data across the entire enterprise, CA's ML-powered algorithms will be increasingly efficient at proactively resolving incidents, cutting through false alerts, and optimizing key resources. The OEM agreement includes a restricted use license of the StreamWeaver Platform, allowing CA's customers to get integration benefits at no additional cost. A streamlined upgrade path to the full StreamWeaver system will be provided in the CA Operational Intelligence UI, providing customers the option of streaming event, metric, topology, and log data to other IT operations tools as well.

This announcement adds to StreamWeaver's success in partnering with other industry-leading ISVs, and further positions StreamWeaver as the go-to platform for automated, out-of-the-box integrations.
