Fed proposal would lessen regulatory burden on some of Philadelphia's largest banks

In an effort to lessen the burden on big commercial lenders that do not have volatile Wall Street businesses, the Federal Reserve last week offered a proposal that would lessen the regulatory burden on several of Philadelphia’s largest banks.
