KB Home Names Brett Dietz as President of Its Houston Division

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced that Brett Dietz has been named as its Houston division president. In this role, Dietz is responsible for the Company’s homebuilding operations throughout the region, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service.

Dietz is returning to the Houston market with more than twenty years of service at KB Home, including as the senior vice president of finance for its Houston division and most recently as president of its San Antonio division. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Several single-family new home communities are planned to debut in late 2018 and early 2019, including Hillsdale Creek, Bryan Crossing and Sunset Grove.
