Voters file emergency lawsuit to stop Georgia governor candidate Brian Kemp from overseeing election

Five voters on Tuesday filed an emergency lawsuit to strip Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp of his powers to preside over the race for governor in which he is now the Republican candidate.
