Election wrapup: Walz wins, DFL takes MN House; two metro congressional districts flip

Election Day in Minnesota ended up pretty blue, with DFL candidates winning most of the biggest races and retaking the state House. In Wisconsin, Gov. Scott Walker was defeated in his pursuit of a third term.
