Koch network plans a post-midterm push for priorities as Democrats prepare to take over the House

The Koch network plans to use a mix of tactics to push these goals, including advertising, lobbying and grassroots organizing. It hopes to make progress on these issues during the lame-duck session of Congress over the next two months in order to build momentum for 2019.
