Anton will lead transition team for Gov.-elect Evers; Gau named chief of staff

Gov.-elect Tony Evers took a first big step coming out the Nov. 6 election, naming key leadership posts including Maggie Gau, his campaign manager, as chief of staff. JoAnne Anton, who has served in various roles for former U.S. Sen. and Milwaukee philanthropist Herb Kohl for more than 20 years, will serve as transition director.
