Viewpoint: Tech 'escalators' require policy support, direct investment

It’s time to explore incentives for corporations and investors that actively engage with startup escalators and figure out ways to work with these startups to help them grow, create more meaningful jobs, generate revenue, and attract local and foreign investments.
