Andy Frank stepping down as adviser at Johns Hopkins

Before joining Hopkins, Frank was a deputy mayor of economic development under former Mayors Sheila Dixon and Stephanie Rawlings-Blake. Prior to his time at City Hall, Frank was the executive vice president for the Baltimore Development Corp.
