Mark Zuckerberg’s 2019 challenge: Debate his critics

Last year, faced with mounting evidence that his company had failed to prevent political operatives from spreading fake news on the platform, Mark Zuckerberg vowed to “fix” Facebook. In 2019, he says he’ll focus this year on publicly debating his critics in a series of live broadcasts he’ll host on his site, Instagram and elsewhere.
