How Charlotte's largest banks are helping federal workers amid government shutdown

Thousands of federal employees are either out of work or working without pay until Congress and President Donald Trump can come to an agreement on funding for a U.S.-Mexico border wall. Several banks are stepping up to offer some relief for those federal employees caught in limbo.
