NJ Dems reach deal to gradually increase state minimum wage to $15 an hour

The legislation would raise the minimum wage gradually over the next five years, increasing to $10 an hour by July 1, $11 by Jan. 1, 2020, then a $1 increase each year until the minimum wage reaches $15 on Jan. 1, 2024.
