Office projects proposed for South End, SouthPark approved at city's zoning meeting

The Spectrum Cos.' rezoning petition to allow a mixed-use project on a 5-acre block in South End was approved unanimously by council as was Lincoln Harris' proposal to build up to 340,000 square feet of office and 16,000 square feet of retail at a site adjacent to Capitol Towers.
