Certified Basketball has continued in its tradition of organizing national basketball tournaments and recently released the schedule for the 2019 tournament season.
Certified Basketball is looking to change the narrative in girls’ grassroots and make it possible for every girl to be seen by college coaches for the opportunity to participate at the next level in any division of college basketball.
In 2019, Certified Basketball will feature 5 National Events with over 1,000 teams in attendance combined from different parts of the USA and Canada, as well as 1000 college recruiting scouts in attendance. The company and its events have grown in popularity over the years due to many things such as customer service, cost-effective entry fees, scheduling accommodation, and playing on certified dates only.
The 2019 tournaments will kick off on April with The Clash, which will be on from April 26th to 28th, 2019, featuring a maximum number of 150 teams between grades 7 and 12. The Clash will be held at three venues (13 Wood Courts): Sports Plus, Lakota West High School, and Ronnie Grandison.
The Classic is scheduled from May 17 to 19, 2019 is the second on the list of tournaments and is expected to feature over 400 teams across the nation. This tournament will feature the top Independent, Nike, Under Armour and Adidas teams all playing under 1 roof.
Balling at the Beach (Daytona Beach, FL) will be held from May 25 to 27, Thoroughbred Classic (Louisville, KY) on July 9, and The Finale (Cincinnati, OH) from July 23rd to 24th to round out the remaining schedule.
It is worth noting that Certified Basketball has combined 2 of its national events (The Classic and The Thoroughbred Classic) with tournament operators: National Exposure Basketball, Ohio Basketball.
