City sends council deal to sell land needed for stadium to FC Cincinnati, lease garage

Cincinnati City Council received a deal Wednesday to sell city-owned property FC Cincinnati needs for its Major League Soccer stadium, an agreement Mayor John Cranley said he hoped would satisfy council members demanding the club pay the $1.6 million full market value for the land.
