San Francisco ‘Doodler’ serial killer sketch released; $100G reward offered to crack 1970s cold case

California police released a sketch Wednesday of what the serial killer dubbed the “Doodler” may look like today more than 40 years after he killed at least five people and reigned terror on San Francisco’s gay community.
