FDA chief accuses Juul, Altria of reneging on promise to combat teen vaping

Scott Gottlieb is calling Altria and Juul's CEOs to the agency's headquarters to explain their plan to combat youth vaping and, once again, threatened to pull e-cigarettes off the market if more isn't done to reduce "epidemic" levels of teen use.
