Council OKs land swap deal with FC Cincinnati

Cincinnati City Council approved a land swap deal with FC Cincinnati on Wednesday but delayed a vote on the development plan and zoning change for its Major League Soccer stadium while outstanding issues between the club and two other parties are negotiated.
