AA reopens renovated lounge at CLT, plots more growth in 2019

As American Airlines on Wednesday reopened a renovated lounge at Charlotte Douglas International Airport for members of its Admirals Club, the world's largest carrier touted growth in the year ahead for its second-largest hub in Charlotte.
