Judge throws out Schlitterbahn waterslide wrongful death case

A judge has dismissed a grand jury case that charged Schlitterbahn co-owner Jeffrey Henry, Verruckt co-designer John Schooley and Henry & Sons Construction Co. with second-degree murder, aggravated battery and aggravated child endangerment.
