Mossimo, designer behind longtime Target label, charged in college admissions scam

Mossimo Gianulli is no longer affiliated with Target, but the Minneapolis-based retailer once owned the rights to his name. On Tuesday, he was arrested and charged as part of the national college admissions scam uncovered by the FBI.
