Commerce Secretary Ross to keynote groundbreaking for manufacturing plant

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross will join Gov. Brian Kemp Tuesday at the groundbreaking ceremony for a Korean manufacturer's plant that will produce lithium-ion batteries for hybrid electric vehicles.
