Zoom Video Communications files for likely April IPO

The Bay Area went three months without a single offering from Halloween until early February and this week's big IPO by Levi Strauss & Co. was only the fourth of 2019. But the floodgates appear to be opening with an offering from Lyft Inc. expected next Friday, likely to be followed by Zoom, PagerDuty Inc. and Pinterest Inc. next month.
