Sony Pictures TV sells stake in Crackle

Sony Pictures Television is selling its stake in streaming service, Sony Crackle, to Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment Inc. in a joint venture agreement that would create one of the largest advertising-video-on-demand platforms in the U.S.
