'Suspicious': NY state singles out AmerisourceBergen for opioid sales

Allegations unveiled last week by the New York state Attorney General's office, charging drug companies for their role in the opioid crisis, headlined with accusations against the Sackler family, billionaire owners of Purdue Pharma, makers of Oxycontin. But the lawssuit had choice words for AmerisourceBergen, as well, alleging the Pennsylvania-based drug distribution giant was selling to 'suspicious' pharmacies, and should have known better.
