Citing Avenatti fraud charges, Nike refuses to address claims of illicit payments

Nike declined to respond to the substance of Avenatti's allegations, saying it "will not respond to the allegations of an individual facing federal charges of fraud." On Twitter, Avenatti said he will release additional documents on Monday.
