Changes to Canadian health insurance may affect WNY hospitals

Hospitals in Erie and Niagara counties provided care to about 1,000 Canadians during 2017, some of whom paid for at least part of their care through the Ontario Health Insurance Program. Now OHIP is considering making changes.
