Mass. senators back Gov. Baker on drug pricing, excise taxes

Massachusetts state senators sided with the governor on excise taxes and drug pricing control efforts, including language in their spending plan for the 2020 fiscal year that would require greater transparency from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
