Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: VOX

The Vanguard Communication Services ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 2.1 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 281,000. Shares of VOX were down about 2.9% on the day.
