New Jersey wants DuPont, other companies to face jury trial over PFAS contamination

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal and two other state agencies filed a 65-page complaint in New Jersey Superior Court, alleging that DowDuPont and other companies, including 3M, sold PFAS to state municipalities knowing it was unsafe and would harm natural resources.
