Memphis International names Penny as new spokesman

On Thursday morning, MEM announced that Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway will be the airport's new spokesman to the community. Hardaway is a former NBA All-Star and current University of Memphis basketball coach. The previous MEM spokesman was another Memphis basketball great — former Grizzly Tony Allen.
