Arizona farmers can legally grow industrial hemp, but will they take the risk?

In the wake of the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, the door is opening for farmers to grow hemp as an agricultural commodity. Hemp can be used to make products from clothing and cosmetics to insulation, and can also be grown for seed, fiber and oils, such as hemp-derived CBD, used for pain relief, anxiety and insomnia.
