Memphis joins Shelby County in asking Gov. Lee for 'Bluff City Law' incentives

The Memphis City Council would like Tenn. Gov. Bill Lee to incentivize "Bluff City Law," the forthcoming NBCUniversal show about a pair of civil rights attorneys in Memphis, to the tune of $10 million.
