Celebrity Chihuahua Missing Near Orlando, Florida

Zoie is a 12-year-old, 8 pound Chihuahua that has been missing from her home in Winter Garden, Florida, near Orlando. This little dog is a puppy mill survivor, known throughout the world as an advocate for the breeding dogs that are suffering in cages in puppy mills across the country.
