Berkadia secures $33M financing for 'Flashcube' project

The developer of a $70 million project at 720 Main St. in Kansas City plans to redevelop the so-called Flashcube Building into 184 apartments with high-end finishes and amenities. Berkadia secured $33 million in redevelopment financing to help get the project to the finish line.
