Second Democrat to take on Chabot emphasizes health care, immigration

Nikki Foster, a veteran of the war in Afghanistan and the daughter of two immigrants, announced Monday that she would become the latest Democrat to run against U.S. Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Westwood.
