Illinois Democrat and ex-ICE chief spar at hearing about child migrants

U.S. Rep. Jesus Chuy Garcia and former acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan got into a testy exchange Friday during a House hearing where the Illinois Democrat asked him if he doesn't care about migrant children under his watch "because the children don't look like children that are around you?"
