Tilray acquires boozy candy company Smith & Sinclair to develop CBD edibles

Canadian pot company Tilray has acquired U.K.-based Smith & Sinclair to create a brand of CBD-infused edibles. The company plans to sell the products in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
