Canada murder suspects could already be 1,800 miles from slayings, described as 'best friends' who were 'out on adventure'

Two young men who have spurred a nationwide manhunt in Canada after the killings of an American woman, her Australian boyfriend, and a third unidentified man are known as lifelong friends who recently graduated from high school, according to the father of one of the now-suspects.
